Job Description:
Responsible for managing OD accounts, ensuring timely recovery of dues & maintaining good customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contact borrowers to follow up on overdue payments
– Negotiate repayment plans with customers
– Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
