• Build Customer Relations, Decedent Communication Skills, Good Coordination & Negotiation Skills.
• Liaising with official authorities (Example: Govt. officials/Corporations/Customers etc.)
• Local Market Knowledge with relevant experience in the Home Loan segment
• Planning, Hiring, and Directing a team of Relationship Officers
• Achieve the monthly target self & Team member aslo.
• Directing & Coordinating sales activity at the Local & Regional Level
