◆ Position:- Business Manager Home Loan/MBL

◆ Work Location: Nagpur, Pune, Saswad, Satara, Wani, Chakan, Ahmednagar, Sambhajinagar, Shrirampur, Jalgaon, Ambernath, Bosair, Borivali, Vasai, Thane and Andheri

◆ Education:- Any Graduate

◆ Experience:- Minimum 4 to 5 years of Experience in Business Loan / LAP / Home Loan, with minimum 2 years of team handling experience.

◆ Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sell Loan against Property (LAP) & Home Loan products for the organization.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
5. Generating business through Connector / Self sourcing with the help of team.
